Desiree has been in the industry since 2003. She graduated from the 'Interior Academy of Hair Design', in British Columbia, Canada. In 2005 she obtained her Red Seal, which permits her to work throughout Canada.
In 2007, she moved to the States and became licensed in the State of Kansas. After living there for 5 years, her and her husband moved to Oregon to be closer to her Canadian family.
She worked at a local Oregon City salon for 8 years before taking a leap of faith and starting her own salon, 'Rustic Cuts'.
Desiree excels in Razor cuts, highlights/color, as well as full body waxing. She uses Matrix hair color and the NuFree hair removal system, (soy based 'wax').

Alexandra​ Lyons
Alexandra has been in the industry since 2011. She obtained her license at
Hairtech Beauty Academy in Walla Walla, WA.
Being raised in the Beavercreek area, she moved back immediately after
graduating, to begin her career.
Alexandra, her husband Jason, their son Slator, and dog Opal, now own
a home in Molalla.
Alexandra specializes in balayage, blonding services, custom pop colors,
and custom grey coverage. She takes pride in creating a unique color
formulation for each client individually, ensuring that no client looks like another.
At this time, Alexandra's books are closed.
Bonnie Royse
Bonnie Royse
Bonnie has been in the industry since 2014. She studied and graduated from the
Mt. Hood Community College.
Bonnie, her husband and two littles live in Molalla. She enjoys hunting,
camping, paddle boarding and spending time with family.
Bonnie excels in men's cuts as well as women's cuts, colors and styles.
She is confident in cutting all hair types.

Courtney Kochheim
Courtney Kochheim
Courtney has been in the industry and working professionally since 2011. She graduated
from Vidal Sassoon in Santa Monica, CA. in 2011.
She was born and raised in sunny Southern California. She worked at
"The Doves" salon in Santa Monica and Beverly Hills, which led her to competing in
"Wella's National Trend Vision Color Awards" as a finalist.
She was also a semi-finalist at "Sebastian's What's Next Awards".
She moved to Oregon five years ago and has been loving her new clientele and coworkers.
Courtney specializes in highlights, ombre' and balayage services.
She excels in women's cuts/styles and gives a banging blowout with each service provided.
Courtney is currently working Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and accepting new clients!
